You have a strong background in managing partnerships and leading financial services initiatives — your experience in the lending space has equipped you with the knowledge to navigate complex business environments and drive growth. You are adept at problem-solving and can wear multiple hats, from strategy to execution, while collaborating with various teams.

You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively engage with stakeholders, including external partners such as banks and NBFCs. Your ability to manage budgets and P&L demonstrates your financial acumen and responsibility in overseeing business operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead one or more lending products, shaping the direction of the business and owning the P&L for these products. You will work closely with the leadership team to build and grow Meesho’s user lending business, ensuring that the products meet the needs of millions of users. You will also manage partnerships with lenders, driving key results on capital supply and ensuring the success of the lending initiatives.

You can expect to tackle a wide range of problem statements that span business strategy, product development, team management, and user growth. Your contributions will create a significant impact for both users and the organization, as you strive to build one of the country’s largest financial services businesses.
