What you'll do

As a Senior Associate - Legal at Meesho, you will take ownership of providing legal advice and support on various transactions. You will be involved in resolving legal queries and working closely with the business team to understand the constructs of legal transactions. Your role will include drafting agreements, reviewing vendor templates, and negotiating terms to finalize contracts.

You will evaluate new initiatives and launches from a legal perspective, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, you will draft and oversee the implementation of internal policies and procedures, contributing to the organization's legal framework and operational efficiency.
