What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for attending to inquiries from legal authorities and legal representatives globally, ensuring that all communications are handled professionally and efficiently. You will liaise with internal stakeholders, including compliance and customer service teams, to address queries and escalate issues as needed. Your role will involve maintaining a comprehensive understanding of OKX's products to effectively communicate with external parties. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of processes that enhance the efficiency of the Legal Response Team, ensuring that all inquiries are managed within stipulated timeframes. Your work will play a crucial role in upholding the company's reputation and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
