Meesho is hiring a Business Manager to guide the business team in launching and scaling categories. You'll work closely with various teams to drive growth and manage P&L. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

You have a strong background in business management, ideally with experience in e-commerce or retail. You understand the dynamics of managing both demand and supply sides of a business, ensuring that the best prices and choices are showcased to customers. Your leadership skills shine as you guide Associate Business Managers, Key Account Managers, and Business Development Executives to drive growth across all categories. You value personal growth and foster a fun work environment, believing that a happy team is a productive team.

You are results-driven and have a knack for strategic thinking. You are comfortable owning the P&L and are focused on driving value to resellers while ensuring user transactions in your portfolio continue to increase. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with marketing, product, and fulfillment teams to achieve business objectives.

What you'll do

As a Business Manager at Meesho, you will take on the responsibility of launching and scaling various product categories. You will work closely with the Category Marketing teams to ensure that the right selection and competitive pricing are maintained. Your role will involve coordinating with functions such as supplier growth and user growth to create a seamless experience for customers. You will also be responsible for mentoring your team, ensuring they are equipped to meet their goals and contribute to the overall success of the business.

You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to make informed decisions that drive growth. Your ability to manage relationships with suppliers and resellers will be crucial in maintaining a competitive edge in the market. You will also implement strategies to enhance user engagement and retention, ensuring that the app remains the most downloaded e-commerce platform in India.
