What you'll do

As a Risk Manager at Meesho, you will be responsible for driving the policy and analytics behind our lending initiatives. Your primary focus will be on refining and implementing credit policies that leverage Meesho platform data, bureau data, and alternative data sources. You will create analytical frameworks that support decision-making processes and develop high-quality analyses that inform our lending strategies. Your role will involve designing experiments to test cohort behavior and experimental policies, ensuring that we are making data-driven decisions.

You will also automate reporting and tracking of the portfolio across multiple levels, providing insights into operational performance and risk exposure. Collaborating closely with the Financial Services team, you will help shape the direction of our lending business, ensuring that we are effectively managing risk while driving growth. Your contributions will be critical in establishing a sustainable credit business that meets the needs of our users.
