Who you are
As our first Data Analyst, you have a strong foundation in SQL and data modeling, enabling you to build robust data infrastructures from the ground up. You possess a unique blend of technical depth and business acumen, allowing you to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Your experience in product analytics equips you to measure product performance effectively and track key business metrics.
You are comfortable wearing multiple hats, transitioning seamlessly between data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics tooling. Your familiarity with experimentation platforms and statistical testing methodologies enhances your ability to derive meaningful insights from data. You thrive in environments that value extreme ownership and high trust, and you are excited about the opportunity to shape how a cutting-edge AI company measures its impact.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full spectrum of analytics, designing data pipelines from multiple sources, including Postgres, PostHog, and third-party APIs. You will build automated dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with self-service analytics tools, empowering them to make data-driven decisions. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams, you will define metrics that matter and establish measurement frameworks that scale with our growth.
You will dive deep into data to uncover insights that inform product direction and business strategy, ensuring that the organization remains agile and responsive to market needs. Your contributions will be pivotal in establishing a data-driven culture at Mem0, where team members are encouraged to take initiative and solve problems creatively.
