Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience as a software engineer in customer-facing integration roles, where you've successfully managed customer integrations from proof-of-concept to production. Your strong technical skills allow you to embed with customers, understand their products, and translate their needs into effective solutions. You are comfortable with hands-on engineering tasks and have a knack for troubleshooting issues in real-world environments.

You possess a deep understanding of integration architectures and can design solutions that fit seamlessly into customer applications. Your experience with SDKs, particularly in Python and JavaScript, enables you to guide customers through the integration process effectively. You are also skilled in defining data models and privacy constraints, ensuring that integrations meet both technical and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the onboarding and integration process for customers, planning and delivering deployments while setting up environments and guiding customers through the use of Mem0 SDKs. You will run technical discovery sessions to define customer needs and translate them into actionable integration architectures. Your ability to prototype quickly will be essential as you build reference implementations and productionize them with robust testing and observability.

You will troubleshoot issues in the field, addressing challenges such as authentication, schema mapping, and performance optimization. Your role will also involve setting service level indicators and objectives, creating dashboards and alerts, and writing runbooks to ensure smooth operations. You will capture structured feedback from deployments and influence the product roadmap based on your insights.

Additionally, you will enable and educate customer teams by writing documentation, sample code, and playbooks, and running workshops to help them self-serve and scale their use of Mem0. Your contributions will be vital in bridging the gap between customers and the product and engineering teams, ensuring that customer needs are met and reflected in future developments.
