What you'll do
As the first Forward Deployed Engineer at Meticulous, you will be responsible for owning the customer experience from start to finish. This includes understanding their specific needs, crafting tailored solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of our autonomous testing platform. You will collaborate with engineering teams at companies like Notion and Dropbox, helping them integrate our technology into their workflows.
Your role will involve both customer success and technical development — one day you might be coding enhancements to our product, and the next, you could be presenting architectural decisions to VPs of Engineering. You will be at the forefront of transforming how leading organizations develop software, making your contributions critical to their success.
