What you'll do

In this role, you will join a small, product-driven engineering team at Mercor. You will be responsible for designing, building, and shipping production systems that power critical workflows for some of the most advanced AI companies in the world. From day one, you will write production-grade code and make decisions that tie directly to business outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with product and design teams, moving fast while maintaining a high bar for code quality. You will have the opportunity to own projects end-to-end, gaining valuable experience in software development and contributing to the success of the team.
