What you'll do

As a Research Engineer at Meta, you will join the Large Language Model Research team to conduct focused research and engineering efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to build state-of-the-art LLMs, contributing to projects like Llama 2, which are often open-sourced. You will engage in language model evaluation and work on data processing strategies that enhance pre-training and fine-tuning processes.

You will also explore the alignment of LLMs and develop reinforcement learning techniques to improve language model tuning. Your role will involve collaborating with other engineers and researchers to ensure that the models you develop are efficient and effective. You will have the opportunity to work on multilingual and multimodal modeling, pushing the boundaries of what LLMs can achieve.
