What you'll do

In this role, you will champion the Workday platform, ensuring that its processes and touchpoints are optimized for efficiency and user satisfaction. You will collaborate with the People Data and Employee Services workstreams to align Workday functionalities with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include configuring Workday applications to meet specific business needs, conducting thorough testing to ensure functionality, and providing ongoing support to users. You will also be involved in training team members on Workday best practices and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest Workday features and enhancements, ensuring that the organization leverages the platform to its fullest potential. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions, driving continuous improvement in the employee experience.
