What you'll do

As a Data Science Manager at Meta, you will lead a team of data scientists, guiding them in their work on product and business problems. Your role will involve collaborating with product teams to provide insights that shape product development and strategy.

You will be responsible for communicating data-driven stories to influence product leadership and help prioritize what to build. Your ability to present clear insights and recommendations will build credibility and trust with stakeholders. You will also focus on developing your team's skills and capabilities, ensuring they are equipped to tackle complex analytical challenges.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Research, Data Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Finance. Your leadership will be crucial in driving impactful decisions that align with Meta's goals and objectives.
