What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Care Data Science team, developing and executing a comprehensive data science strategy that aligns with Meta's top priorities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and design experiments that enhance customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be crucial in developing AI and automation solutions that scale customer support capabilities.

You will partner with teams across Monetization, Facebook, Instagram, and AI Automation to drive impactful initiatives — your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively will be key to navigating these partnerships. You will also be responsible for presenting findings and strategies to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals.
