Who you are
You have a strong background in ASIC engineering, particularly in networking architecture, and are passionate about shaping the future of AI training and inference accelerators. Your experience includes developing high-fidelity C++ models, and you are familiar with tools like QEMU, NIC, RoCE, and UAL. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with architecture engineers to define specifications that drive innovation in networking.
You possess a deep understanding of data center networking architecture and have experience in network system design, micro-architecture, and RTL design. Your skills extend to design verification and firmware/software development, allowing you to contribute effectively to the entire silicon development lifecycle. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for performance analysis, ensuring that the silicon delivered meets the highest standards.
What you'll do
As a Networking ASIC Engineer on the Infrastructure Silicon team at Meta, you will play a key role in defining and developing networking architecture specifications. You will collaborate with other architecture engineers to create high-fidelity C++ models that enable early software development and architecture exploration. Your work will involve performance analysis to ensure that the networking architecture meets the demands of leading-edge AI applications.
You will engage with cross-functional teams, including those focused on data center networking architecture, network system design, micro-architecture, RTL design, and program management. Your contributions will be crucial in delivering first-pass functional silicon, and you will be involved in pre- and post-silicon validation processes.
