You have a proven track record of leading and developing teams, particularly in the realm of Employee Relations or Human Resources. With at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, you understand the complexities of workplace dynamics and are adept at navigating performance management and conflict resolution. Your strategic mindset allows you to assess risks effectively and drive initiatives that foster a high-performing and inclusive culture.
Your leadership style is collaborative and empowering, enabling you to cultivate strong relationships with people managers across the organization. You are skilled at providing both hands-on support and strategic guidance, ensuring that your team is equipped to handle various employee relations issues. You thrive in environments that require innovative thinking and are passionate about creating a workplace where all employees feel valued and included.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with Cross-Meta platforms. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and have a knack for bringing creative solutions to the table. Your ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization makes you a trusted advisor to both employees and management.
What you'll do
As the Director of Employee Relations at Meta, you will lead a team of Employee Relations Managers and Business Partners, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee engagement and address workplace conflicts. Your role will involve collaborating closely with people managers to ensure they have the tools and knowledge necessary to manage performance issues effectively.
You will assess various types of risks associated with employee relations and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.
