You have extensive experience in employee relations, ideally with a background in leading teams and developing strategies that align with organizational values. Your expertise in employee advocacy and risk mitigation is complemented by a forward-thinking leadership mindset. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are passionate about creating a thriving workplace culture. You excel in coaching and developing leaders, ensuring they are equipped to handle employee relations effectively. You are a strong collaborator, able to partner with HR Business Partners and legal teams to navigate complex employee issues. You are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued and heard.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a three-person team focused on scaling a global Employee Relations program that is both values-aligned and locally relevant. You will develop workflows, playbooks, and collaboration models that enhance the effectiveness of the People team. Your responsibilities will include coaching team members, implementing best practices, and ensuring that employee relations strategies are consistently applied across the organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture. Additionally, you will leverage data-driven tools to assess the effectiveness of employee relations initiatives and make informed recommendations for improvement. You will play a critical role in aligning employee relations efforts with Asana's commitment to conscious leadership and organizational success.
