You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with retail customers, freight carriers, 3PLs, suppliers, and manufacturers. Your ability to foster relationships and ensure alignment among diverse stakeholders is critical to the success of the integrations you manage. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying potential issues before they arise, ensuring smooth operations throughout the integration process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Integrations Team at Meta’s Reality Labs, focusing on managing partner integrations that are essential for delivering hardware products to market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing integration strategies that align with the overall goals of Reality Labs. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including retail customers and suppliers, to ensure that integrations are executed smoothly and efficiently.

You will drive initiatives forward by leading conversations with partners, addressing any challenges that arise, and ensuring that all parties are aligned on objectives and timelines. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you assess integration performance and identify areas for improvement. You will also play a key role in troubleshooting any issues that may occur during the integration process, ensuring that solutions are implemented quickly and effectively.
