What you'll do

As the Enterprise Integration Lead at Zoox, you will take ownership of the integration landscape for workforce platforms and downstream systems. Your primary focus will be on heterogeneous systems integration using middleware, ensuring that all systems communicate effectively and efficiently. You will lead integration efforts using SAP Integration Suite, leveraging your deep expertise to drive successful outcomes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify integration needs and develop strategies to meet those requirements. This includes collaborating with engineering, product management, and operations teams to ensure that integration solutions align with business objectives. You will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of integration projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

In addition to leading integration efforts with SAP Integration Suite, you will also be cross-trained in MuleSoft. This will enable you to lead MuleSoft integration initiatives, expanding your skill set and enhancing the team's capabilities. You will mentor team members in best practices for integration and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Your role will also involve monitoring and optimizing existing integrations to ensure they continue to meet performance standards. You will analyze integration processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes as necessary to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
