You have extensive experience in crisis management and response, ideally within a global organization. Your background includes leading teams in high-pressure situations, ensuring effective communication and coordination during crises. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess risks and develop proactive measures to mitigate them. You are adept at navigating complex situations and can make decisions quickly and effectively under pressure.
What you'll do
As the EMEA Crisis Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading crisis management and response activities across the region. This includes developing and implementing crisis management plans, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring that all teams are trained and prepared for potential disruptive events. You will work closely with the Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) team to coordinate responses and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
You will also be tasked with monitoring and analyzing potential threats to the organization, ensuring that appropriate measures are in place to protect Meta's operations and reputation. Your role will involve regular collaboration with local teams to ensure that crisis management strategies are tailored to the specific needs of each region. You will lead post-crisis evaluations to identify lessons learned and improve future response efforts.
