You are an accomplished Engineering Director with a strong technical foundation in state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. With a proven track record of structuring high-impact engineering organizations, you have the ability to influence technical decision-making and drive execution across multiple disciplines. Your experience includes working with Large Language Models and Agentic AI frameworks, enabling you to expand AI applications effectively.
You thrive in leadership roles, combining your technical expertise with organizational leadership to set a clear technical vision. You are hands-on and enjoy collaborating with major product teams to transform innovative AI ideas into real-world impact. Your strong communication skills allow you to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and execution of Meta's super-linear AI automation strategy.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the AI Solutions and Automation (ASA) Product Acceleration organization at Meta. You will be responsible for driving the development and seamless integration of high-performance AI solutions that deliver significant business impact. Your leadership will guide teams in implementing cutting-edge technologies and frameworks, ensuring that Meta remains at the forefront of AI innovation.
You will collaborate closely with product teams across various divisions, including MRS, M10N, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Reality Labs. Your role will involve setting the technical vision and executing strategies that leverage AI to enhance product offerings and user experiences. You will also mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within your teams.
