What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Capacity Planning Optimization Engineering team at Meta, focusing on building and optimizing infrastructure capacity planning processes. You will be responsible for designing and implementing software-driven solutions that enhance the flexibility and agility of capacity planning across all Meta products and services. Your work will have a significant impact on the company's strategic direction, as your outputs will inform critical decisions at the CxO level.

You will collaborate with various engineering and business teams to develop innovative capacity planning models that align with Meta's overarching business goals. This includes optimizing the planning process to ensure it is data-driven and responsive to changing demands. You will also lead initiatives to transform traditional capacity planning methods into more dynamic, software-driven approaches that prioritize ROI and efficiency.
