Who you are

You are a highly proactive and experienced litigator with a strong background in civil litigation, particularly in privacy law and GDPR. You have expertise in the German legal system and are comfortable navigating complex civil disputes, including class actions and multi-party litigation. Your ability to develop and execute litigation strategies across various jurisdictions makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively advise internal stakeholders on legal risks while coordinating with cross-functional partners in Legal, Compliance, and Policy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage a broad docket of complex civil disputes, focusing on privacy law and GDPR. You will develop litigation strategies tailored to German courts and international forums, ensuring that Meta's interests are well-represented. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide legal advice on risk management and compliance, fostering collaboration across various departments.
