Who you are

You are a highly motivated and business-oriented litigator with a strong background in litigation within financial regulation. You have experience gained either at a federal regulatory agency or as in-house or outside counsel to a bank holding company, national bank, or broker-dealer. You are adept at managing risk and protecting business interests while facilitating ongoing innovation. You thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment and are comfortable collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and outside counsel.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive strategy and take ownership of high-impact litigation, consumer arbitrations, and dispute matters. You will oversee consumer litigation across SoFi Technologies and provide counsel on general legal matters for other segments of the SoFi enterprise as needed. Your responsibilities will include managing litigation strategy, collaborating with various teams to mitigate risks, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will also be involved in advising on legal matters that impact the business and its operations, contributing to the overall success of the legal team.
