You have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in design verification and validation processes. You understand the importance of meeting hardware and product requirements and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to testing and validation metrics. Your experience includes developing test solutions and executing mechanical tests for wearable devices. You are familiar with the latest technologies in the wearables space and have a passion for ensuring that products meet user performance and quality standards. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and are skilled at developing comprehensive testing plans to address them.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with product design, architecture, and reliability teams. You are comfortable presenting your findings and recommendations to stakeholders and are adept at unifying validation metrics across different teams. Your analytical mindset helps you quantify performance metrics and drive improvements in product design.
Desirable
Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus. Familiarity with the wearables industry and understanding of user KPIs will enhance your ability to contribute to the team.
What you'll do
As a Mechanical Design Verification Engineer at Meta, you will be responsible for ensuring that hardware and product requirements are met across the device portfolio.
