You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UVM-based verification, demonstrating a strong understanding of both block-level and SoC-level verification processes. Your expertise in Verilog and functional verification allows you to effectively debug failures and lead bug tracking efforts. You thrive in a highly technical environment and are motivated to contribute to the AI revolution by solving complex challenges in the AI hardware space.

Your experience includes developing testbenches and test cases, as well as conducting failure analysis and coverage analysis. You are skilled in running RTL and gate-level functional verification, ensuring that the designs meet specifications and performance requirements. Your collaborative nature enables you to work closely with design and systems engineering teams to define verification plans and coverage models.

What you'll do

As a Design Verification Engineer at Baidu, you will play a crucial role in verifying the functionality of AI SoCs. You will develop UVM testbenches and generate directed and constrained random tests to ensure comprehensive coverage. Your responsibilities will include running RTL and gate-level functional verification, debugging failures, and analyzing coverage metrics to close gaps in verification.

You will support mixed-signal co-simulation using Verilog models of analog IP, contributing to the development of test cases and reference models. Your role will also involve automating regression suites to streamline the verification process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to review specifications and architecture, extracting features and defining verification plans.

In addition, you will support emulation and silicon bring-up debug, utilizing your innovative ideas to replicate problems in simulation. Your contributions will directly impact the success of Baidu's AI silicon and systems, helping to shape the future of AI technology.
