You have a strong technical foundation and a proven track record of success in managing multidisciplinary programs. Your experience includes leading projects through the NPI process, particularly in the wearables or hardware engineering space. You are adept at establishing requirements with both internal and external customers, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
You thrive in environments where you can manage program schedules and identify potential risks. Your ability to create effective mitigation plans and communicate them clearly to program stakeholders is a key strength. You are comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and managing time-sensitive projects, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in the face of challenges.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development of the next generation of AI Glasses, overseeing the entire program lifecycle from inception to launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management, to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed smoothly and efficiently.
