Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, ideally in consumer electronics or software development — you've successfully led complex projects from conception to launch, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders. Your technical background allows you to engage deeply with engineering teams, understanding the nuances of product development and the challenges that arise in innovative environments.

You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving abilities — you thrive in fast-paced settings where you can leverage your analytical skills to drive project success. Your passion for technology and user experience fuels your commitment to delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs. You are also a strong communicator, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaboration across diverse teams.

Desirable

Experience with AI technologies and smart devices is a plus — you understand the market landscape and can anticipate user needs in the rapidly evolving tech space. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools will help you navigate the complexities of product development effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead programs focused on the development and launch of Smart Eyewear products — you will coordinate efforts across engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include defining project scopes, setting milestones, and managing resources to achieve project goals. You will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics and ensuring that projects align with Amazon's customer-obsessed culture.

You will engage with cross-functional teams to drive product vision and strategy, facilitating discussions that lead to actionable insights and decisions. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performance team environment, where you will mentor team members and encourage a culture of continuous improvement. You will also represent the team in executive meetings, providing updates on project status and advocating for necessary resources.
