Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in people operations, ideally with a focus on service delivery and oversight. Your background includes managing complex programs and driving operational performance in a fast-paced environment. You possess strong analytical skills and can leverage data to simplify processes and enhance the employee experience. You thrive in autonomous roles and are adept at managing escalations effectively. Your technical fluency allows you to operationalize strategies and optimize end-to-end employee lifecycles.
Desirable
Experience in a rapidly scaling organization is a plus, as is familiarity with vendor management and relationship building. You understand the nuances of employee services and have a track record of improving operational efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the People Services team in driving efficiency and building an industry-leading employee experience. You will be responsible for managing critical vendor relationships and ensuring that service delivery meets the highest standards. Your focus will be on executing complex programs across the EMEA region, requiring a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate challenges effectively. You will work closely with various stakeholders to operationalize strategies and simplify global processes, ensuring that the employee lifecycle is optimized from start to finish.
