What you'll do

In this role, you will take on project leadership responsibilities, owning projects of broad scope and complexity. You will lead initiatives that enhance the employee experience and align with the global strategy while addressing local needs. Your role will involve designing and rolling out benefits programs, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of employees across Ireland and Portugal. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive outcomes that align with the department's long-term strategy.

You will also be responsible for analyzing data and reporting on key metrics to inform decision-making. Your insights will help shape the team's deliverables and overall strategy. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of People Operations, contributing to the development of a high-performing team culture. Your ability to influence and guide the team will be crucial in achieving the department's goals.
