What you'll do

As the Product Design Manager for XR Tech Design at Meta, you will lead a team focused on developing foundational XR AI technologies and experiences. Your role will involve shaping the design strategy for innovative features that integrate seamlessly into everyday life. You will collaborate closely with the Wearables and Metaverse product groups to ensure that the user experience is at the forefront of product development.

You will be responsible for driving the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that all designs are user-centric and aligned with the overall product vision. This includes conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also play a key role in defining design standards and best practices within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

In addition to your design responsibilities, you will work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure that design solutions are feasible and aligned with technical capabilities. You will present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback to refine your team's work. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the team towards creating impactful and engaging user experiences that push the boundaries of what’s possible in XR.
