You'll work cross-functionally with engineers and designers to develop innovative technologies. Job Description
Who you are
You have 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role, with a proven track record of taking technical products from conception to launch. Your experience includes at least 2 years in the XR industry, where you've successfully launched products and conducted research to inform product strategies. You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and an MBA is preferred. You excel at defining holistic strategies for new product areas and have experience working with external partners to jointly ship products.
You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously seeking to improve products that impact millions of users. Your ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps drives product development and ensures successful execution. You have strong collaboration skills, working closely with creative engineers, designers, and marketers to develop technologies that enhance user access to information.
What you'll do
In this role, you will guide products from conception to launch, connecting the technical and business worlds. You will work cross-functionally with various teams to analyze, position, package, promote, and tailor solutions to meet user needs. You will cultivate ongoing relationships with internal XR product managers and cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout the product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include owning the execution of internal milestones, such as scaled testing, to drive product insights pre-launch. You will conduct analysis of engaged products to inform market and product strategy, ensuring that Google continues to deliver innovative, world-changing products.
