What you'll do
As the People Data Review Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end assessments of employment and privacy risks related to People Data at Meta. You will work closely with the People Risk, Privacy, Compliance (PRPC) team and key partners to scale the global program. Your role will involve identifying novel use cases that impact People Data and leading initiatives to address associated risks.
You will facilitate discussions with stakeholders to ensure alignment on risk management strategies and compliance requirements. Your ability to synthesize complex information will be crucial in developing comprehensive assessments that inform decision-making processes. You will also play a key role in reporting findings and recommendations to senior leadership, contributing to the overall success of the People Data Review program.
