Your leadership skills enable you to effectively manage a team of Analysts, ensuring that all financial reporting and invoicing processes are executed flawlessly. You thrive in collaborative environments and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to work closely with various internal departments.
Your analytical mindset helps you navigate complex project requirements and deliver strategic insights that drive project success. You are adept at managing relationships with multiple General Contractors and understand the importance of aligning project goals with organizational objectives. Your organizational skills ensure that all aspects of project controls are meticulously managed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the project.
What you'll do
As the Project Controls Lead, you will oversee all project controls operations for a significant AI infrastructure campus. You will be responsible for managing cost controls and ensuring that all commercial deliverables are met across multiple General Contractors. Your role will involve leading a team of Analysts who will handle invoicing, commitments, and financial reporting, making you a critical partner for the Delivery Director and Construction Management team.
You will collaborate with various internal departments, including Site Project Management, Pre-Construction, Contracts, Finance, Accounting, Sourcing, and Operations Engineering. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential as you coordinate efforts across these teams to ensure project success. You will also be involved in strategic planning and decision-making processes, contributing to the overall direction of the project.
