Who you are
You have extensive experience in project management, particularly in overseeing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects — your expertise in schedule operations makes you a subject matter expert in this field. You possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record of managing teams effectively, ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with various internal departments, including Construction Management, Project Controls, and Finance. You are highly organized and analytical, capable of forecasting and mitigating schedule-related risks while maintaining a high level of quality in schedule reporting.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the schedule operations for an AI infrastructure campus of unprecedented scale, potentially greater than 2GW. You will oversee a team of schedulers representing Meta, ensuring the integrated master schedule is maintained and that schedule reporting is accurate and timely. You will work closely with the Construction Management team to identify and address schedule-related risks and issues, enabling commercial accountability and effective change management.
Your responsibilities will include managing schedule health reporting and escalation processes, ensuring that all changes are handled expediently. You will be a critical partner in the project, collaborating with various internal departments to align project goals and deliverables. Your role will require you to maintain a strategic focus while also being hands-on in managing day-to-day schedule operations.
