What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the quality management efforts for Building Management Systems within Meta's Data Center Engineering & Construction team. You will oversee the installation and commissioning of BMS, ensuring that all systems are robust, reliable, and conform to design specifications. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality assurance protocols, conducting inspections, and collaborating with internal teams to address any quality-related issues.

You will work closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated into every phase of the project. Your role will involve monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. You will also be responsible for training team members on quality management practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
