What you'll do
As the Quality Integration Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Quality Execution and Delivery scope within the Quality Operations team. You will focus on integrating the quality program across new site mobilizations and first-of-kind turnovers, ensuring that quality processes are executed consistently at a global level. Your role will involve collaborating with regional quality and area construction management teams to strategize and plan quality operations, ultimately driving global delivery performance.
You will play a critical part in advancing the effectiveness of our global construction quality program by fostering collaboration and driving process improvements. Your responsibilities will include developing and optimizing processes through a cyclical, continuous improvement approach, enabling efficient and scalable operations for quality teams. You will also be tasked with providing programmatic support for systemic risk mitigation, ensuring that quality standards are upheld throughout the construction lifecycle.
