Meticulous is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (New Grad) to help shape customer interactions and technology adoption. You'll work closely with engineering teams and engage in both coding and customer-facing problem solving.

As a new graduate, you are eager to dive into the world of software engineering and customer engagement. You possess a foundational understanding of coding and are excited about the prospect of working closely with engineering teams to help them adopt innovative technologies. You are a quick learner, ready to take on challenges and contribute to meaningful projects that have a real impact on software development.
You are comfortable with problem-solving and enjoy collaborating with others to find the best solutions. Your communication skills allow you to effectively discuss technical decisions and trade-offs with customer engineers, ensuring that their needs are met while deploying new technologies. You are adaptable and open to learning from experienced engineers, ready to take ownership of your responsibilities early in your career.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be one of the first Forward Deployed Engineers at Meticulous, playing a crucial part in shaping how the company interacts with its customers. You will work closely with engineering teams at various companies, including Notion and Dropbox, to understand their systems and help them successfully deploy Meticulous's autonomous testing platform. Your days will vary between writing and debugging code and engaging in discussions about technical decisions and best practices.
You will be supported by a team of experienced engineers who will guide you as you navigate your responsibilities. This role offers a unique blend of software engineering and customer-facing problem-solving, allowing you to develop your technical skills while also honing your ability to communicate effectively with clients. You will be at the forefront of a shift in software development, contributing to a technology that aims to automate much of the development process.
