What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the development of follow-on suggestions for Copilot Search and Bing, leading a team focused on enhancing user experiences through AI. You will design and manage experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of various AI models, ensuring that the solutions developed are both impactful and scalable. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to advance suggestion capabilities and integrating AI agents for task completion.

You will be responsible for translating research outcomes into practical applications, guiding the team in applying data-driven methodologies to optimize processes.
