What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the applied science team responsible for developing the next generation of AI-driven calendar experiences. You will define and evolve the scientific strategy that underpins the Copilot for Calendar initiative, ensuring that features are aligned with user needs and productivity goals. You will provide technical leadership on model selection and deployment, guiding your team in designing and implementing systems that operate at enterprise scale.

You will oversee the creation of synthetic and customer-grounded datasets, ensuring rigorous evaluation sets and benchmarks are in place to measure success. Collaborating closely with engineering, product management, and design teams, you will drive the applied-science roadmap, ensuring that AI solutions are reliable, scalable, and responsible. Your vision will inspire your team to raise the quality bar for Copilot, aligning efforts around measurable objectives that enhance user experiences.
