Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in managing compensation systems and data platforms, with a strong focus on strategy and operational excellence. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively partner with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Finance, HR, and Analytics, to drive modernization and efficiency in compensation processes.
You understand the importance of accurate and timely compensation for sellers, and you are committed to enhancing trust and transparency in the systems that support these processes. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and align diverse stakeholders around a common vision is a key strength.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the business strategy and roadmap for World Wide Incentive Compensation tooling, ensuring that all systems are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. You will act as the primary business interface to Engineering, setting priorities and defining requirements to meet fiscal timelines.
You will lead initiatives to modernize compensation systems, focusing on AI-enabled experiences and process simplification. Your leadership will be critical in executing WWICβs multiyear transformation agenda, ensuring that sellers are compensated accurately and efficiently.
