What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the Customer Reliability Engineering team within Azure EngOps, focusing on live-site management and customer reliability engagements. You will design solutions that prevent issues before they occur and embed AI-powered automation into processes. Your responsibilities will include shaping and delivering clear communications during outages and high-impact scenarios, working closely with incident managers and engineering responders to ensure timely updates to customers.
