Who you are

You have a strong background in business analytics with at least 5 years of experience in digital advertising. Your expertise in SQL and data analysis allows you to derive actionable insights that drive revenue growth and optimize spend. You excel in building strategic relationships and delivering customized recommendations that align with both publishers' and advertisers' goals. Your analytical mindset enables you to identify trends and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring marketplace health.

You are skilled in navigating complex programmatic ecosystems, understanding the dynamics of demand-side platforms (DSP), supply-side platforms (SSP), and owned & operated (O&O) supply surfaces. Your ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders is a key strength, allowing you to support strategic product and sales initiatives with high-quality data. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about leveraging data to empower partners and enhance their performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end insight generation process, from performance diagnostics to financial forecasting. You will analyze data to identify monetization opportunities at scale and ensure alignment between advertisers and publishers. Your responsibilities will include developing and cultivating strategic relationships with third-party partners, providing them with valuable insights and recommendations tailored to their specific needs. You will also play a critical role in advancing Microsoft Advertising’s monetization strategy, contributing to revenue growth and optimizing spend across various channels.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive clarity across complex programmatic ecosystems, ensuring that Microsoft maximizes advertiser ROI while maintaining healthy marketplace dynamics. Your insights will support strategic product initiatives and help shape the future of Microsoft Advertising. You will be expected to proactively identify trends, mitigate risks, and unlock new opportunities for growth.
