You have a strong background in AI business solutions and experience in pre-sales consulting, particularly with Dynamics 365. Your ability to distill complex technical concepts into compelling narratives is key to gaining trust with executive stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales teams to develop strategies that resonate with customers.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical details effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. What you'll do
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be strategically positioned within the Sales Excellence and Operations team, supporting the Majors Growth segment of customer accounts. Your role involves designing solutions that leverage Microsoft’s industry-leading platforms, ensuring they meet the specific needs of each customer.
You will collaborate with Solution Specialists and Account Executives to qualify deals and develop strategies that inspire CxO and Business Decision Makers. Your responsibilities include delivering industry-aligned demonstrations that highlight the value of Microsoft’s offerings, ultimately advancing the sales pipeline.
You will engage with partners for co-selling opportunities, enhancing the overall customer experience and driving revenue growth. Your storytelling skills will be crucial in presenting complex solutions in a way that resonates with diverse audiences, ensuring that customers understand the transformative potential of the solutions you propose.
