Microsoft is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide advanced technical and functional support for enterprise customers using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform. You'll focus on troubleshooting and optimization while collaborating with customers and engineering teams.

You have a strong background in providing technical support, particularly with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform. Your experience includes troubleshooting complex issues and delivering customer success through effective communication and problem-solving skills. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with customers and internal teams to drive successful outcomes. You are passionate about technology and enjoy helping others leverage it to achieve their business goals.

You possess a deep understanding of Microsoft products and services, particularly in the context of customer engagement and support. Your ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently sets you apart. You are comfortable working with enterprise customers and understand the importance of delivering a seamless support experience. You are adaptable and can handle various challenges that arise in a fast-paced support environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide advanced technical and functional support for enterprise customers using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform. You will troubleshoot and optimize customer implementations, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes. You will collaborate with escalation teams and product engineering to resolve complex issues, driving customer satisfaction and success. Your responsibilities will include advising customers on best practices and helping them leverage Microsoft’s products effectively.

You will also engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Your role will involve documenting solutions and sharing knowledge with your team to improve overall support processes. You will play a key role in building trust and confidence with customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with Microsoft’s products.
