What you'll do
In this role, you will own the day-to-day operations of ServiceNow, ensuring that ITSM and Strategic Portfolio Management systems are functioning optimally. You will collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance system performance. Your responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining ServiceNow modules, monitoring system health, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
You will also play a key role in supporting the Core Datacenter Services team by providing insights and recommendations based on system performance data. Your contributions will help drive operational excellence and improve the overall efficiency of Microsoftβs cloud services. You will be involved in strategic planning and execution, ensuring that the systems you manage continue to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
