Who you are
You are a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Administrator with a strong background in managing and evolving ServiceNow platforms. You have a proven track record of leading governance initiatives and ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams allows you to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions that align with company goals.
You possess deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, and have the technical ability to perform configuration changes directly within the platform. Your strategic mindset enables you to develop and execute a roadmap that enhances existing capabilities while driving innovation to introduce new functionalities. You stay up-to-date with ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring the platform's data integrity, security, and performance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the overall governance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that it adheres to best practices and compliance standards. You will develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the platform, focusing on enhancing existing capabilities and innovating new functionalities.
