Overview
MicroVentures is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the Investor Relations team and enhance customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for strategic direction and day-to-day operations. This role requires strong leadership and customer service skills.

Who you are
You have a strong background in customer service management, ideally within the finance sector, and possess the ability to lead teams effectively. Your experience includes developing and implementing customer service strategies that enhance investor satisfaction and retention. You are skilled in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring that your team meets internal deadlines while maintaining high standards of service.
You understand the importance of investor relations and have a proven track record of expanding investor bases and enhancing existing relationships. Your strategic mindset allows you to provide direction that aligns with company goals, and you are adept at training and developing team members to excel in their roles.
What you'll do
In this role, you will spearhead the growth and development of MicroVentures' equity crowdfunding platform by leading the Investor Relations team. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer service and training procedures are in place to enhance investor satisfaction. Your leadership will guide the team in expanding the investor base and maintaining strong relationships with existing investors.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Investor Relations team, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective. You will work closely with other departments to align strategies and improve overall service delivery. Your role will involve analyzing customer feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the investor experience.
