You are comfortable creating or directing short-form video content and collaborating closely with designers to ensure that visuals align with the brand's voice. What you'll do
In this role, you will own Middesk's organic social presence from end to end, focusing primarily on platforms like LinkedIn, X, and Reddit. You will define the role each channel plays in building awareness, validation, amplification, and conversion support. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling narratives that highlight product progress and insights, ensuring that Middesk is not only visible but also respected in the industry.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data that inform your content strategy. This includes collaborating with product, risk, and operations teams to ensure that the messaging aligns with the company's goals. You will also monitor social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
