You are passionate about leveraging technology to improve marketing effectiveness and drive business growth.

What you'll do
As the Demand Generation Manager, Enterprise at Mimica, you will be responsible for designing and running multi-channel demand programs that generate qualified leads. Your campaigns will include email marketing, paid social, retargeting, SEO, and account-based marketing (ABM). You will build and optimize lead nurture journeys to increase engagement and improve conversion rates, ensuring that potential customers move smoothly through the sales funnel. You will partner with the sales team to define ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and align on messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers. Collaborating with the Content Manager, you will ensure that all campaigns are supported by compelling assets such as landing pages, case studies, and webinars. You will analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to refine strategies and maximize impact. Additionally, you will manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve the best results.
