You have 5+ years of experience in software development and DevOps, with a strong focus on automating and optimizing infrastructure. You thrive in solving complex challenges at scale and have a passion for building resilient cloud-native systems. Your expertise in CI/CD practices ensures that you can deliver fast, secure, and efficient software solutions. You enjoy collaborating closely with developers, SREs, and product teams to enhance system reliability and performance.

You possess deep knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and are proficient in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. Your experience with Linux systems allows you to manage and troubleshoot environments effectively. You are familiar with monitoring and alerting tools that help maintain system health and performance.

Desirable

Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation is a plus. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash will help you automate tasks and improve workflows. You are also comfortable working in agile environments and understand the importance of continuous improvement in DevOps practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for scaling and optimizing Mindtickle's infrastructure to support our revenue productivity platform. You will design and implement CI/CD pipelines that facilitate rapid deployment and ensure high availability of our services. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.

You will monitor system performance and availability, responding to incidents and implementing preventive measures to minimize downtime. Your role will involve automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce the risk of human error. You will also contribute to the development of best practices for DevOps within the organization, mentoring junior engineers and sharing your knowledge with the team.
